Buddy for Rupiah 500,000

This is Buddy... do you believe he is a mix between pit bull and pekingnese? He was bought at Rupiah 500,000 in Medan, Indonesia. Mummy will be visiting him soon.. He is three months old now. Mummy has washed up the chew toys that we have stopped playing and giving them to Buddy.

Cookie SPCA Ear Tattoo

Cookie has a SPCA tattoo on her right ear. Mummy has been thinking whether to microchip Cookie. Everytime we go out, we carry two tags, one AVA licence tag and one tag contains Mummy's contact numbers. We are leashed all the time on our walks. We are only unleashed in the dog run and at Tanjong Beach under Mummy and Buttercup's watchful eyes. Cookie is attached to a 5m long leash at the beach. We are always supervised when outside the home. So Mummy decides that Cookie and I do not need to be microchiped after all.

The only time that Cookie was almost gone missing was in 2002 when she was under the care of Buttercup. Buttercup and Cookie went to a friend's house while Mummy was at work. The door of the house was wide opened and Cookie went out. No one noticed that Cookie was gone. When Mummy came, she was so furious that the door was wide opened and Cookie was missing. Mummy called for Cookie along the corridor and upstairs. Cookie was a good dog, she responded to Mummy's calling and came to look for Mummy from upstair. Mummy scolded Buttercup and her friend like there was no tomorrow!

I am a Terror at home!

This is what I have done to Mummy's new cushion. I was so bored at home one day that I chewed up the cushion cover.

Big Yogi Pee Tray

We inherited the Big Yogi pee tray from Odie, the dachsund. Odie doesn't like to use it. Mummy will be trying to teach us how to use it for peeing. Cookie likes to sit on it instead.

This is our usual peeing place. We are newspaper trained. Will let you all know if we manage to pee using the new pee tray in the near future.

Cow Year

This is my favorite yellow soft ball which I like to play fetch. Please tell Mummy where to buy more of this soft ball if you find them in the pet store as Mummy has been looking for it.

Cookie loves her new basketball. She will use her snout to push forward the ball, let it roll, and bites it.

This year is the cow year. We went to take a photo in front of this cow at Bishan Park.

This is Begonia Rose. Mummy brought home to celebrate Chinese New Year 2009.

This is purple Chrysanthemum. They are so pretty... I like to smell it.

The flower on the left is Geranium. We love to smell flowers.

Revamping Serangoon Garden

We are walking to Serangoon Garden.

This year the Serangoon Garden will be torn down and revamp into a mall. Our favorite place to hang out on saturday morning at dog friendly The Coffee Bean will be gone. I am so sad. So before it is gone, we visit the place more often nowadays. We love to eat breakfast and enjoy the breeze in the morning at Serangoon Garden.

Do I make myself clear?

Before Christmas, Mummy has been home late due to Christmas shopping. And I was already very mad with Mummy for coming home late. Nowadays, Mummy is home late again.... doing Chinese New Year goods shopping. When is it going to end? I showed Mummy my unhappiness with the situation by tearing her Christmas present Nemo placematt and chewing her Singapore Street Directory! Do I make myself clear?

New Year Lamb Chop Dinner

The lamb chop is fried in olive oil until medium rare. It is added with thyme for flavor.

On the First Day of Christmas

These lamb meat balls are what I have been waiting for whole morning. I have missed my breakfast because Mummy is treating me to Christmas breakfast.

We have to obey the command "down" position, and "stay" until we are released with an "okay" before we can chow down the lamb meat balls.

Yeah, I love Christmas.... Chow Chow Chow ..... Yum Yum Yum!
