We realised a secluded path.... walking with Jack and Joey this morning.. It was a secluded place and we met a few unleashed dogs with owners.. J & J were also unleashed..
As 'summer' is approaching.. and the weather is getting hotter especially during the day time when we are home.. Mummy bought us a mini tower fan that blows at our level.. The traditional fans are too high above the ground level.. and we are on four short legs at the ground level all day. 
Surprisingly today Mummy decided to bring us to Botanic Gardens for a gathering with Odie, dodo, momo, fluffy and the others from Singapore North group... The last time we came to Botanic Gardens was last year July. Time flies isn't it.. The weather was excellent.. sunny but not too hot. We ate the delicious and vey pretty cup cake.
Jack and Joey's Mummy has helped us to get one kg of deer tendons at Chinese Medicine hall. Every wednesday Cookie and I get to chew deer tendons as treats. I still love to chew deer tendon. But Cookie seems like not so keen anymore.. she takes longer time to chew the deer tendon.. and sometimes when she is not looking, I will steal her unfinished deer tendon.. ha ha ha...
We finally went to K9 today with Jack and Joey. We have not been to K9 for one year already. The blue paint on the flooring has faded inside the K9 cafe. They have added a new salt-water swimming pool outside. Joey turns out to be very greedy.... and eats damn fast
Buttercup was in Xi-an China this week. She visited Qin Dynasty Army Terra-Cotta. 
Today Mummy took a bus to town and visited the newly opened Marina Bay Sands Casino.. Buttercup is in China and Mummy is as free as a bird... She walked the Helix bridge, saw the Singapore Flyer, a giant observation wheel.
Early Sunday morning we ventured to Sengkang Riverside Park for the first time.. We heard about it as a popular place for kite flying.. The park is so hot and without much trees as shade.. Good thing there are ponds to cool us off... I sat in the pond for a while when I got too hot...
Today is Odie's last day care.. Odie has been coming to my home for day care every Wednesday for ten months now.. When he first came, he was very insecure.. following Mummy everywhere every second.. but now he is calm and relax and very secure... Mummy has been training him not to jump up and down on his two hind legs. So now when Mummy takes out his leash to bring him out, instead of getting so excited jumping up and down, he is calm and sitting for Mummy to put on his leash to go outside.
It was my idea to open the zipper on Mummy's packed baggage. Yeah, I know how to work the zipper without tearing the baggage.. genius, right? Cookie and I tore the packages and the white fungi are all over the living room. Mummy was in shock when she stepped into the house. When I was four years old, Mummy began to trust me with the whole house.. thinking that I would not destroy her antique furniture or cushion or plants or CDs or books... (Whatever). Now that I am seven years old, nothing has changed at all. I am still expert in unzipping bags and messing up the house. Well.. I just don't like Mummy go travelling.. that's all. And yes, we have eaten some of the white fungi.. as proven from our poo poo...
We went swimming at the beach again! At east coast park the wave was stronger than the calmer Sentosa beaches... I was even submerged in the wave... But I am a good swimmer. I have no fear of the strong wave.. But Cookie has no desire to swim in strong wave..
We haven't been to the beach for a swim for 2 months already... since it's more expensive to go Sentosa nowadays.... But today there is Super Heroes by the Beach doggie event at east coast park. Happily we went to east coast park for a swim!
