Home-made dog treat

Mummy has been sweating in the kitchen baking me home-made dog treat! Yummy!
Recipe (yield : 1 dozen):
Dry yeast 4.5 teaspoon, warm water 46C 2 cups, honey 2 tablespoon, whole meal flour 2 cups, plain flour 3.5 cups, 1.5 teaspoon sea salt.
Preparation:
Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl, let stand for 5 min. Add honey, stir well. Stir in 2 cups of whole meal flour and 1.5 teaspoon sea salt. Mix well. Gradually stir in enough plain flour to make a soft dough. Turn dough out onto a heavily floured surface (dough is sticky). Knead until smooth and elastic (10 min). Place dough in a well-greased bowl. Cover dough and let rise in a warm (29C) place for 45 min. Bake at 218C for 20 to 25 min or until golden brown.
